Tot Stop Preschool (“Tot Stop,” “we,” “us”) runs this website, totstoppreschool.org. This policy explains what information the website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you send a message through our Contact page, we collect your first and last name, your email address, your child’s date of birth, whether your child is potty trained, and your message. We use this information only to answer you, for example about tours, enrollment or openings. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
Information the website collects on its own
When you send a message, the website also records the date and time, the page you sent it from, your browser type and your IP address. We use these to keep spam out of our inbox.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people use our website, such as which pages they visit and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Spam protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated programs. It may collect information about your browser and device to do that.
Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that run our website for us, and only so they can do that job:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores contact form messages and runs the spam check.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to us by email.
- Google provides website analytics and fonts.
- Blitz Marketing Group, our website manager, may receive copies of contact form messages to keep the form working.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Children’s privacy
Our website is for parents and guardians. Information about a child, such as a date of birth, comes from a parent or guardian through our Contact page. The website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages as long as we need them to answer you and follow up about enrollment. Then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us through this website. Email contact@totstoppreschool.org or call (760) 360-6445.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our website works the same way whether or not it receives one. Third parties such as Google Analytics may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites.
Security
Every page of our website uses HTTPS encryption, and only the people who answer contact form messages can see them. No website can promise perfect security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
